Top 5 Dining and Restaurants Apps on Android in Hungary Q3 2021

During the third quarter of 2021, Hungary's top Dining and Restaurants applications on the Android platform showed diverse performance trends. Here’s a detailed look at how the top five apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

McDonald's saw a steady trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 3.2K in mid-August. However, a gradual decline was observed towards the end of September, with downloads dropping to approximately 2.2K. The app maintained a consistent number of weekly active users, hovering around 66K at the beginning of the quarter and slightly decreasing to about 58.5K by the end.

KFC Magyarország experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, reaching a high of about 3.1K in the first week of August. The number of weekly active users showed stability, starting at around 27K at the beginning of the quarter and ending close to 26.6K.

BURGER KING® Magyarország had a relatively stable download trend, with numbers fluctuating between 2.0K and 2.8K throughout the quarter. Active users remained consistent, starting at around 29.9K and showing a slight decline to approximately 27K by the end of September.

VENDÉGEM Szállás saw a significant spike in downloads, particularly in the last week of August, reaching around 2.7K. This surge was a notable increase from the previous weeks, which had downloads mostly under 600.

McDonald’s Happy Meal App had a relatively low but consistent download rate, with weekly downloads peaking at around 580 in mid-July. The app's active users showed a peak in the same period, reaching approximately 2.9K, before stabilizing around 1.7K towards the end of the quarter.
